Our Liveries

Our Club is organised into Liveries, each named after prominent cities or states. Liveries may be formed wherever there is sufficient interest, and members are encouraged to join the Chapter that best reflects their geographical location or professional interests. This structure aims to build community spirit and foster a strong sense of local identity.

Chapters are overseen by a court of ladies, led by a Leading Lady known as ‘Her Most Honourable Lady’ representing their city or state, and supported by eight associate Ladies. The court handles administrative matters, event planning, brand collaborations, and content management. All Livery members possess voting rights and elect their court annually through a transparent online nomination and voting process. Clearly defined roles and responsibilities ensure robust leadership and member engagement.

The Club operates a secure online platform, integrated within The Haurun Club’s website and app, enabling members to connect with their chosen liveries. This platform facilitates collaboration on projects, sharing of opportunities, and participation in discussions relevant to each Livery. Its design encourages active involvement, knowledge exchange, and the development of new initiatives.

The Club organises annual competitions, including Lady Haurun and Ultimate Livery, open to all member Liveries. Competition rules and judging criteria are published in advance. These events are designed to recognise achievement, creativity, and leadership, nurturing friendly competition and celebrating the successes of members.

Each Chapter’s court is tasked with coordinating events, establishing brand partnerships, and overseeing content creation. Club activities may comprise workshops, networking events, and social gatherings, all aimed at furthering the Club’s mission. Collaborations with brands provide additional benefits to members, while diligent content moderation ensures the online environment is engaging and valuable for all. 

Suggestions to amend these Articles of Association must be presented to the Chapter courts for review. Any amendment requires approval by a majority vote of the Chapter’s members. This process is structured to be inclusive and transparent, ensuring that any changes reflect the evolving needs of the Club and its members.

Members, known as Ladies, enjoy all privileges accorded to reciprocal members. Each Lady is encouraged to introduce her Livery to both emerging and established brands across a wide range of sectors. Brands, referred to as Affiliate Members, pay a membership fee and are featured on the Club’s social media channels and private platform. The Ultimate Livery competition rewards the Livery that secures the highest number of Affiliate Members, with winners announced at a distinguished annual ceremony. Prizes include The Haurun Club’s latest bag, ‘The One’, awarded to each member of the Court of Ladies and regarded as the most exclusive bag worldwide. The Lady Haurun is presented with the prestigious White Bag.

Each Livery is guided by a Court comprising the Most Honourable Lady, Honourable Ladies of the Court (Ladies in Waiting), Past Ladies, and Ladies’ Assistants. The Most Honourable Lady and Ladies in Waiting are elected annually at the Election Court in July, with their tenure commencing at the Installation Court in November. A Lady Clerk, appointed by the Court, serves as the principal administrator for the Lady.
